Ms. YANG graduated from Xi'an Architecture Technology and Science University, China. Then she became a assistant professor for Beijing Technology and Science University, China. Later she got into China Political Science and Law University for a graduation program on law in Beijing, China.

She started to practice law in 1999. Some cases that she represented were reported by China Central Television (CCTV). She is a member of Beijing Bar Association.

Ms. YANG focuses on construction, real estate, trade, pawn, auction, finance, financial leasing, trade mark, and criminal defence.
