Mr. CHEN studied business law as a postgraduate in China Political Science and Law University, Beijing, China.

Then he was the legal counsel for Beijing No. 14 Middle School, Ying Hua Yuan Experimental School and other educational institutes. Later on he took the job as the general counsel for an international trade company, Shixin International Co., Ltd., China Pufa Bank, Jing Tai Long Hotel and so on. He wrote and published a set of books on the introduction of law and citizenship to students in primary and middle schools.

Mr. CHEN focuses on contract, corporate, education, employment, marriage, inheritance, and removal for real estate development. He is a member of Beijing Bar Association.
