Mr. SHAO graduated from the top law school, the Law School of Peking University, with the Degree of Master of Law. He passed the China bar examination in 1990 and then started to practice law in 1991. He have practiced law over 20 years.

He has been the legal counsel for some big companies and famous institutes in China many years, such as the Administration Bureau for the China Great Hall of the People, China Xinxing Construction & Development General Company, China National Light Industrial Products Import & Export Corporation, China Forest Product Industry Company, China Ships and Warships Research Institute, Beijing New Poly Mansion Real Estate Corporation, and Beijing Haikai Real Estate Development Company。

Meanwhile Mr. SHAO is listed by CITIC Trust Investment Co., Ltd., China Capital Airport Group Company, Beijing BRCC Real Estate Development Company, PICC Holding Investment Company, and so on as their back up lawyer. He is also invited frequently by the Standing Committee of China People’s Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for legal professional support.

Mr. SHAO focuses on finance, real estate, construction, company, contract and recourse action. He is a member of Beijing Bar Association.
