Mr. ZHANG studied in one of top universities, Nankai Univeristy, inTianjin, China, and got dual bachelors in law and science. Then he went to Peking University, and got his Master of Law Degree.

He has practiced law over 10 years and represented clients in various litigations and non-litigations. He provided his professional legal service to many large and medium-sized corporations such as Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd., and Beijing Solar Energy Research Institute. Some of the cases that he represented were reported by China Central Television (CCTV), the Beijing News, and China Xinhua Agency. He is the legal counsel for several companies.

Mr. ZHANG focuses on corporation, contract, real estate, construction project and dispute settlement.
