Mr. XIANG studied in China Political Science and Law University in Beijing, and got his Master of Law Degree.

He has practiced law over 10 years and handled lot of cases in litigations and non-litigations. He provided his legal professional service to a large top grade office building developer starting from the feasibility study through the construction and sales. He helped another real estate developer transfer its equity interest in the top grade villa project. As a result he got very good reputation from the clients.

Mr. XIANG focuses on real estate, construction, finance, equity interest transfer for the state-owned company, international trade and investment, contract, IP and so on. He is a member of Beijing Bar Association.
