Labor
In July of 2010, a real estate develop company was involved in labor disputes due to its termination of the labor contracts with several of its employees. The employees did not know much of the law in China and urgently needed help from lawyers. They came to our law firm and hired our lawyer to represent them. Our lawyer did an investigation in details amd collected a number of favorable evidences proving the violation of labor law by the company. Our lawyer argued in the hearing held the labor arbitration commission successfully.
Results:
Both parties reached a compromising settlement through the labor arbitration commmission. Then the company paid double compensation for its violation of the labor law to our clients.
