April of 2012, our client was faced with the demolition of 11 houses left by his parents, which involved inheritance and division of the property. He had six brothers and sisters. They sued our client in the court. Our client already migrated out of China. He hired our lawyer to represent him in the court. Our lawyer did a good investigation about the property and found that there were two types of the houses, namely, public house and purely private house. Some of them had been rented and the lease was still valid. The case involved 9 parties and the value of the property was over RMB9.4 million yuans then.

Results:

After many negotiations with the demolition office and our client's brothers and sisters as well as the house lessees all the houses were successfully removed. Our client and his brothers and sisters shared the income of the removal peacefully.
