Facts：

The defendant, Mr. SHEN, was detained by a public security bureau in Beijing on suspicion of drug trafficking. His family hired our lawyer to defend him. Our lawyer visited the defendant, Mr. SHEN, in prison many times. Our lawyer studied carefully all the files from the district procuratorate in Beijing, and then argued in the court for the defendant. In the trial of the court our lawyer argued that the defendant's drug trafficking was induced by special circumstances and that the amount of drug was small. So his crime hurt the sociaty slightly. In addition, the defendant committed crime first time. He confessed to the police very well.

Finally, the court accepted the arguments from our lawyer and sentenced the defendant for ten month imprisonment.
